An Evolution: "The Pragmatic Mind" is Becoming "Identity-Driven Work"

A new name for the next chapter.

I'm very excited to share a change that's been on my mind for a while. Starting today, The Pragmatic Mind is evolving. The new name for this newsletter, our shared space, is Identity-Driven Work.

When I started The Pragmatic Mind, the goal was simple: to explore and share the psychology behind our actions. And for a time, that name fit perfectly.

But as this exploration has progressed, the community has grown, and our conversations have deepened, our focus has sharpened into something more specific and more personal. We haven't just been talking about pragmatism; we've been exploring the very core of what it means to align who you are with what you do.

"The Pragmatic Mind" felt like a topic, but Identity-Driven Work is a philosophy. It's the true center of gravity for everything we explore here — from understanding the hidden costs of Identity Debt to discovering your unique Archetype and learning the psychology to make more intentional choices.

This new name doesn't change our direction. It simply catches up to where we've already arrived.

So, what does this mean for you?

My mission, my voice, and my commitment to deep, thoughtful content will not change. What will change is an even sharper focus. You can expect a more dedicated exploration of the psychology, tools, and ideas that help us all architect a body of work that is a true expression of you.
